KERFERD ST

A multi-room renovation designed to modernise this family home while creating more space and light for a growing family. The scope encompassed the kitchen, open-plan living and dining, study, WC and upstairs living area, including the creation of an additional bedroom. Exterior walls were opened to bring in more natural light, while key spaces were repainted and re-tiled and existing floors stripped back to reveal a lighter, natural timber finish.
